I made this cake for my friend, Stephanie's 13th birthday. Her dad owns a ranch in Quincy, CA and she lives there over the summer. None of these horses actually resemble her horse, Mikey, but it might be weird if I made him and then made his name Happy, Birthday, or Stephanie.... July, 2011.
